The Union County Heritage Festival will hold its first annual Miss Heritage Pageant on Saturday, October 15, at the Union County High School. There will be a Baby Heritage King and Queen for children newborn to 2 years old. Girls ages 3-5 may compete for Wee Miss Heritage Queen and Little Miss Heritage Queen will be selected among the 6-9 year old group. There will be Pre-Teen (ages 10-13) and Junior (ages 14-17) Miss Heritage and a Senior Miss Heritage for young women aged 18 and above. Baby Heritage will be chosen for dress and beauty of the child; and the older contestants will be selected based on five criteria: dress, beauty, modeling talent, poise and personality. Registration will begin at 1:00 P.M. Pageant begins at 2:00 P.M.
Age Division: 0-23 months, 2 years, 3 - to 5 years, 6-9 years, 10-12 years, 14-15 years, 16-up. Boys Groups will be decided based on interest. Groups are subject to change due to entries.
Attire: Each contestant will appear on stage in pageant attire or Sunday best; the contestants will be judged on 0-75 facial beauty, 0-15 personality or modeling, and 0-10 overall appearance.
Entry Fee: $30
You may ask how many are in your age division, but no names of contestants will be given out and no judges names will be released.

AGREEMENT: I agree not to hold the Union County Chamber of Commerce, Union County Schools, or Roy Acuff Union Museum & Library and Historical Society responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that might be incurred before, during, or after the pageant. I agree to compete in a sportsman-like fashion. I understand that all titles and awards will be forfeited if I do not show respect to each individual involved before, during and after the pageant.
